Comparative Pharmacokinetics of Levofloxacin

This study was designed to compare the pharmacokinetic parameters of Levofloxacin in healthy volunteers and in human patients suffering from typhoid fever. The study was conducted in six healthy male volunteers and six male patients suffering from typhoid fever between the age of 25- 40 years. The patients were considered as group A and healthy volunteers were considered as group B.
